Bibliophile and iconoclast, Benjamin is a recent convert to the yoga movement. Ever skeptical, he was only convinced of yoga's immense benefits after it greatly assisted his recovery from a knee surgery. He has now been an avid practitioner for three years and hopes to share with his audience the peace that yoga can bring. In his spare time, he is also an excellent criminal defense attorney who takes an angry joy in fighting the injustices of the criminal system.
